Swan Chain received 500,000 OP tokens from Optimism Governance in Cycle 27 Grants.
The grant will fund:

- Supporting education and hackathons for new developers

On-Chain Mission Launch
September saw the launch of Swan Chain’s On-Chain Mission, the final phase before the TGE and network decentralization. This mission introduced Onchain XP, a crucial metric directly impacting users’ $SWAN token rewards. Participants can earn Onchain XP through multiple tasks:
- Maintaining wallet balance (holding ETH)
- Completing Computing Provider tasks
- Additional tasks to be announced, keeping the mission dynamic

FILLiquid Zealy Sprint: Swan Chain partnered with FILLiquid for an exciting ZEALY Sprint, offering participants a chance to win a share of 10,000 $FIG tokens. The sprint runs from September 9th to October 8th, encouraging community engagement through various tasks.

Orchestrator
- Added task_uuid support to contract request signature API, fixed early termination bugs, and initiated airdrop functionality testing.
- Launched CP reward API and task list API, introduced price list and Prometheus reputation metrics.
- Upgraded Swan Core, resolved SSL issues, optimized URI generation and related APIs.
- Added refund verification API, supporting queries for deducted transaction details.
- Optimized contract ABI and API responses, and fixed bugs in the codebase.
- Added refund request API, optimized refund processing flow, and incorporated handling logic for failed refunds.
- Orchestrator Celery: Asynchronously processing MCS task source URIs, monitoring refund and payment statuses, improving collateral release and CP reward mechanisms.
- Auction Engine: Upgraded Swan Core to support new contract ABI, optimized transaction receipt polling frequency, reduced transaction Gas costs.
- Reputation System: Introduced Sampler, Distributer, and Scanners modules, and optimized task distribution mechanism based on Gas fees.
On-Chain Mission
- Deployed new XP API and leaderboard functionality.
- Introduced Community Boost, daily check-in, and daily Mint features to increase user engagement.
- Faucet: Adjusted Galxe API to support wallet addresses and credential types. Currently discontinued; users can apply for allocations through Free Tier and Special Credit Programs.
- Added support for GALXE_CRED_ID logic for Marketing Missions.
ZK Engine
- Added L1 gas price monitoring, optimized on-chain data mechanism, reducing zk engine gas consumption by 90%.
- Improved ECP status detection and task sending mechanism, reducing ECP task reception anomalies caused by RPC issues.
- Optimized task aggregation on-chain mechanism, reducing engine gas consumption.
Computing Provider
- Enabled FCP to price free computing resources, added related operation commands.
- Supported nodePort services, allowing users to deploy and access resources on CP via SSH.
- Enabled FCP to set network policies via commands, enhancing security for user instances.
Swan Provider Dashboard:
- Introduced Claim CP account mechanism, allowing CPs to display their email, official website, TG, X, and other information on the page.
- Improved CP status update mechanism for more timely display of CP status.
- Upgraded FCP reward contract, compatible with Orchestrator’s various reward distribution mechanisms.
- Added support for Swan Chain testnet (Proxima) data (https://provider-testnet.swanchain.io).
Swan Console
- Launched Beta version, allowing developers to manage their deployed Applications.
- Added instance list feature, organizing and displaying instance process status.
- Introduced Marketplace functionality, enabling users to directly deploy applications.
- Added API-keys page, supporting developers to generate their own API keys.
- Introduced providers list, facilitating developers to view and retrieve network-wide CP information.
