At Swan Chain, we value transparency and fairness when distributing rewards to our community. To ensure clarity, this article outlines the allocation process for the SWAN tokens designated for Mission 1 and Mission 2 as part of our incentive campaigns.
Overview of Token Allocation
A total of 1,500,000 SWAN tokens were allocated for Mission 1 and Mission 2:
- Mission 1: 500,000 SWAN tokens
- Mission 2: 1,000,000 SWAN tokens
Each mission has specific eligibility criteria and reward structures designed to recognize and incentivize active participation in our ecosystem.
Mission 1: July — September
Total Allocation: 500,000 SWAN tokens

Eligibility:
To ensure the impact of the rewards, only users with 100,000 or more points are eligible. Participants below this threshold have been excluded.
Reward Distribution:
The distribution for Mission 1 is based on a non-linear reward system, rewarding participants proportionally based on their ranking. Here is the detailed breakdown:
- Top 10% of participants: Receive 25% of the total tokens
- 11% — 30% of participants: Receive 20% of the total tokens
- 31% — 70% of participants: Receive 35% of the total tokens
- 71% — 100% of participants: Receive 20% of the total tokens
Within each ranking group, tokens are distributed equally.
Mission 2: October — November
Total Allocation: 1,000,000 SWAN tokens

Eligibility:
Participants with less than 50 XP are excluded from Mission 2 rewards to maintain a focus on those actively contributing to the Swan Chain ecosystem.
Reward Distribution:
For eligible users, the rewards are calculated using a linear reward system, ensuring that each participant’s XP directly determines their share of the tokens. Additionally, these calculations are adjusted one more time using “airdrop bonuses” from Social Mission.

1. When can testnet users claim their tokens?
You don’t need to manually claim tokens. As long as you’ve created a ticket, after confirmation, we will send the tokens directly to your wallet.
2. I think I should have received more in Mission 1.
To ensure fairness, we decided to distribute an additional 100 SWAN tokens to each eligible participant who has under 100 SWAN tokens directly to your wallet. Please submit your request before 11 PM EST, December 19.
