We’re thrilled to announce a series of exciting updates to our Swan Provider Campaign. As we continue to build the future of decentralized computing, we’re introducing three major enhancements designed to accelerate our network’s growth and provide unparalleled support for all participants.
1. Extended Campaign Duration: More Time to Shine
We’ve heard your enthusiasm, and we’re responding by extending the Swan Provider Campaign. Originally set to conclude on September 15, 2024, the campaign will now run until September 29, 2024, 23:59 (EST).
This extension offers both new and existing participants additional time to contribute, innovate, and earn rewards. Whether you’re just joining us or you’ve been with us from the start, this is your opportunity to make an even bigger impact on the Swan network.

2. New CP Subsidy: Lowering Barriers, Raising Potential
We understand that getting started can sometimes be the hardest part. That’s why we’re introducing a subsidy for new Computing Providers (CPs). We will directly cover the initialization costs for new CP accounts.
Subsidy Amount: Up to 0.001 ETH per CP, based on actual initialization costs.
Limited: Available to the first 1,000 eligible CPs on a first-come, first-served basis.
Eligibility:
- FCPs must complete at least 10 space tasks, each running for 24+ hours.
- ECPs must complete at least 100 ZK tasks.
Note: Each participant can receive a maximum subsidy of 0.01 ETH.

3. New Dashboard: Your Window into the Swan Network

This powerful tool offers real-time insights and analytics, giving you unprecedented visibility into your contributions and the network as a whole.
Key features include:
- Network Overview: Get a bird’s-eye view of the entire network, including real-time data on ECPs, FCPs, computing resources, and mainnet incentive program statistics.
- ECP List: Explore detailed account information for Edge Computing Providers, including region, GPU specifications, Task completion rate, and Total task.
- FCP List: Access comprehensive account details for Fog Computing Providers, featuring information on region and GPU specifications.
- CP Profile: Dive deep into your Computing Provider profile, showcasing Basic account information, Balance details, Resource information and so on.
- Collateral Deposit: Seamlessly add collateral to your ECP or FCP directly through the dashboard interface.
- Leaderboards: Stay competitive with our mainnet leaderboard. Track your progress on the ECP/FCP score leaderboards, which directly link to potential rewards.
- Account Personalization (Coming Soon): Claim your unique CP account name to stand out in the Swan ecosystem.
Note
All other aspects of the Swan Provider Campaign, including reward pools, performance rewards, and participation methods, remain unchanged.
